The annual price is exactly 10× the monthly price. So you pay for 10 months and use the platform for 12. €195 × 10 = €1,950 for Lite Annual; €395 × 10 = €3,950 for Pro Annual; €795 × 10 = €7,950 for Max Annual. The discount is built into the price; nothing further to claim.

Yes, from your billing settings. Upgrade applies pro-rata immediately; downgrade applies at the end of the current paid period. Stripe Customer Portal handles the proration math.

Stripe-hosted Checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. Bank transfer is available for invoiced customers on request.

No — prices are net. Stripe collects VAT at the prevailing rate for UK and EU customers (UK 20% standard, reverse-charge for B2B EU customers with a valid VAT number). Outside the UK and EU, no VAT applies. The invoice issuer is PromoWave Ltd (VAT GB293075488).

Yes. From your billing settings → "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then, no refund for the unused portion of a monthly plan. Annual cancellation is governed by the Refund Policy.

You retain access until the end of your paid period. After cancellation: 90-day soft-delete window where you can export everything or reactivate. After 90 days, calculations and personal data are hard-deleted; invoices and audit log are retained for UK VAT and accounting purposes (7 years).

No overage fees, ever. Max includes unlimited saved calculations. Lite (500/month) and Pro (5,000/month) have generous soft caps — if you reach one we simply prompt you to move up a tier; we never hard-stop your work or bill you for the extra. Some carbon-tracking tools cap you at 100–1,500 "scores" per month and charge overage when you go over; PromoTrace doesn't. The only metered surface is the API, which has a fair-use daily limit per tier (Lite 250, Pro 1,000, Max 5,000 calls per key per day), raisable on request.

All three tiers include the full calculator, white-label PDFs, the methodology, and the complete Sustainability Hub — operations tracking, suppliers, policies, actions, targets, climate risk, verification, training records, evidence URLs. The difference is volume, sites, and integration. Lite (€195/mo): up to 5 users, 100 clients, 500 calculations/month, single site, API 250 calls/key/day, support within 3 working days. Pro (€395/mo): up to 15 users, 500 clients, 5,000 calculations/month, up to 3 sites, bulk upload (up to 500 rows/file), API 1,000 calls/key/day, support within 2 working days. Max (€795/mo): up to 50 users, unlimited clients, unlimited calculations, up to 10 sites with consolidated rollups, unlimited bulk upload, API 5,000 calls/key/day, 24-hour priority support. Start on Lite, move to Pro as your team or volume grows, pick Max for scale, multi-site, or heavier API use.

Single-location distributors don’t need it — every plan includes the auto-created Main site and operates transparently as one tracked location. Lite is single-site. Pro adds up to 3 sites for distributors with a couple of extra locations. Max goes to 10 sites and adds the consolidated company-wide rollup across all of them. Each site uses its country’s grid intensity automatically — a London site uses the UK grid factor, a Milan site uses the Italian grid factor, a Zurich site uses the Swiss grid factor.
